CareCoach's School-Based Coaching programme represents a fundamental shift in how we deliver mentorship. Instead of waiting for boys to come to us, we bring mentorship directly into the schools where they spend most of their time.

Why School-Based Coaching?

Schools are where boys spend the majority of their waking hours. They're also where many challenges first become visible—academic struggles, social difficulties, behavioral issues. By embedding mentorship directly into the school environment, we can:

How It Works
